Refund & Exchange Policy


At Tranquil we’ll gladly accept unused, un-opened, or defective items purchased on for a return or exchange. Items must be in the identical condition as when you received them and in its original packaging and be accompanied by the original sales receipt, or other receipt or proof of purchase, and Certificate of Analysis (CoA) included in your original shipment.

Certain items or products are not eligible for return including any perishable goods.  

If we receive your return at our warehouse within 60 days of delivery, we’ll credit your original form of payment. If it is received after 60 days but prior to the expiration of 90 days of delivery, a e-gift card will be issued. If you paid with a gift card or e-gift card, a new e-gift card in the amount of the credit will be issued and emailed to you accordingly. Please note that e-cards and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please refrain from returning your purchases directly to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis.

You are responsible for all shipping costs, expenses and risk of loss associated with the return of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact with any questions.

Upon receipt and examination of your returned item, you will receive an email notification acknowledging that the item has been received. All emails will be sent to the email address associated with the original purchase. You will be notified, typically within 2-3 business days, as to whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Once approved, if applicable, the refund process will be initiated, and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment within a specified timeframe, typically 5 – 10 business days, from the date on which your return/refund has been approved. In the event your return is received by us after the 60-day time period has elapsed, but of prior to the expiration of 90-days from delivery, an e-gift card will be issued to you immediately upon approval of your return.

Specific item categories do not qualify for return and are non-refundable. These items include:

*Sale items
*Items included as a part of any promotion are non-refundable except in limited circumstances and are only eligible for e-gift card credit, to use on future purchases.


Items purchased and designated as gifts at the time of purchased shipped directly to you may be returned for an e-gift card credit equivalent to the value of your return. E-Gift cards credits will be sent, via email, immediately upon the processing of your return receipt. If your items was a gift please and shipped directly to you without indication that such item was a gift or without the purchaser identifying the email of the gift recipient, please contact our customer service staff at, prior to returning any items. This will ensure that the e-gift card will be sent directly to you. If you return the item but fail to contact customer service, we cannot guarantee that the e-gift card will be sent to you and instead it will be sent to the original purchaser’s email address submitted at the time of purchase.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift during the purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to later present to you, please contact customer service to initiate a return.


We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or not the item ordered. Evidence of an item eligible for exchange must be provided prior to initiating any exchange. For additional information or to initiate an exchange please send an email to our customer service staff at, including your name, order number, the product you are exchanging and pictures evidencing that your products qualify for an exchange.

Items received by us without first contacting customer service will not be eligible for exchange and may not be eligible for refund. Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery of your order to be eligible for an exchange. If any items are no longer in stock due to inventory changes, we will refund your original form of payment or issue an e-gift card at your request. Shipping fees for any replacement items subject to this exchange policy will be at our sole cost and expense, so long as initiated as stated above.
